Look around your house and your yard!  Find 10 things that make you feel good and make a list.
You can write in English and in your native language too!

After you're done finding all of your items that start with C and F, let's try to practice writing our C's and F's.

Practice each letter at least 10 times and then draw a picture underneath of something that starts with C or F.

Baking is one of my top calm-down strategies. Cupcakes, cakes, cookies, you name it!
Here are some pictures that show the steps I took to bake cupcakes. There are some steps not captured in the pictures (at least 3.)  Can you figure out the missing steps?

Add cupcake liners.

Mix together cupcake ingredients.

Add sprinkles!

Use an ice cream scoop to add cupcake
batter to liners.

Get frosting ingredients out.
Make sure butter is at room
temperature.

       

Place cupcakes in oven.
 Let your parents/caregiver
do this part!

Bake.  Make sure cupcakes
pass the toothpick test!

Mix together frosting ingredients.
This is a parent/caregiver job.
